Classes

I run a variety of classes every week. Each seek to improve your relationship with your body, focussing on moving to feel good, not to look good. I also weave in tips to improve mental-wellbeing that can be used both on and off the mat.

ONLINE

Gentle Morning Flow

Every Wednesday, 7:30-8:15am

ZOOM

This class is suited to complete beginners. Wednesday wake-up flow will leave you with a clear mind and energised body. The class begins with a short breathwork practice. Then we flow through a simple sequence of movements to gently loosen up the body, before relaxing into deeper stretches and ending with a guided meditation.

IN-PERSON

Flow

Every Friday, 4-5pm

Tribe Yoga, New Town

This class is suited to those with a basic knowledge of yoga. We flow through a series of sequences, holding firstly for three seconds then flowing with your breath, as we build our way up towards your bodies variation of a peak pose.

Warm Slow Flow

Every Sunday, 5:30-6:30pm

Tribe Yoga, Quartermile

This class is suited to complete beginners. Sunday Evening Slow Flow will leave you feeling relaxed and distressed. We flow through a simple sequence of movements to gently loosen up the body, before slowing down into deeper stretches and a long Savasana.
